This class is to help you create a flow based on your learning from Intro to pole and Tricks on the pole . We teach both Static and Spinning pole routines to help you get comfortable with both pole features. The class is also great for dance and fluid movements . It is beginner friendly, you need atleast 5 pole classes to join

Cancellation Policy
Classes canceled 8 hours before the start time are credited for your next session , otherwise a full rate is charge for Classes cancelled from 8hrs to the start time . Monthly subscriptions and credited sessions expire 30 days from purchase date. Please note: we do not offer cash back refunds , all credited sessions are done through classes . Canceled classes by the studio are communicated through Emails for clients that are booked in and credited for the next class. A booked class is confirmed through online booking system and payment Please note we are an appointment only studio, please book into your sessions through provided link. Warm up and cool down is very important, the teachers reserve the right to send you away without a refund.
