YOGA FOR FLEXIBILITY
A class that helps you work on your mobility and flexibility.
All levels are welcome.
We teach Vinyasa Flows, full body stretches and Yoga
playtime where you get to work on balance, inversions, arm balances and
play with bends &twists.

POLE STRONG
This is your conditioning class for pole dance. This class helps you
build the strength and flexibility you need to perform well on
the pole. What you do on the mat , you apply on the pole. Conditioning
is an important tool in Pole dance as it enhances performance,
reduces injury risk and builds strength.
Add this to your practise and your body will thank you.

INTRODUCTION TO POLE
This is your basic introduction to pole. This is a great class if you
are looking to start your pole journey. You do not need any prerequisite to join this class.

POLE TRICKS
This is a 1.5 Hour class that works on your strength , flexibility
and introduces you to a trick on the pole. All levels are welcome and
it is beginner friendly.

POLE COMBOS SPIN CLASS
A class that combines your pole tricks into a Pole Flow. We Practise the
combos on both a static and spinning pole. To join this class you need
atleast 5 classes of the intro to pole or 5 classes of your tricks class .
