I keep coming back to pole class for two reasons. First i keep rediscovering myself …I keep finding that fun ,strong ,determined ,loves a good challenge ,sexy ,happy , confident ,playful me . Secondly pole is a safe space in many ways. It’s a space where you are yourself,no judgement yet you are pushed to be a better version of yourself . A space where your allowed to move at your own speed yet indirectly you learn to compete against your self and present an even better version of you and finally a save space where I have found a community of amazing women are on a similar or different journey to mine but seem to be finding a happy stronger determined version of themselves! Also it’s so much fun!!
